If you have forgotten your username and password

• Double check your email address for any misspellings or incorrect characters. The email address must match exactly what you typed in when you started your account.

Use these steps to reset the password –

• Click on the forgot password.
• Enter the email address you used for your OXIS calibration account.
• We’ll send you an email to change your OXIS Calibration account password. If you don't get an email after a few minutes, check your spam folder as well.
• If you are still having issues during login, contact the administrator

If you don't see any record of the calibration exercise submitted by you.

• You may have to clear your cache and cookies, and reload the page to see the update of your calibration exercise submission.

If you have scored below 80% for a calibration exercise, you need to retake the test.

• You may attempt the exercise multiple times. Only the last score will get captured.

If you are unable to review the test or are not satisfied with the scoring, contact the administrator - info@oxiscalibration.com

In order to get a Course Certificate, you must achieve a score of above 80%.

In your result list you will find a link to Get Certificate.

Click on it and get your certificate.

A Course Certificate includes:

• A statement that confirms the identity of the learner who completed the OXIS Calibration test.
• Score % and date of submission.
• Authority signatures.
